About Clinical Herbalism

We lose agency over our health we’re not given the chance to have in-depth conversations with our practitioners. You are the expert on what happens in your body. Through thoughtful listening and questioning, an herbalist is better able to understand and address the client’s heath goals and matchmake them with appropriate, well-backed, and personalized herbal recommendations.
I don’t have all the answers and will let you know if something is beyond my scope. I don’t believe in magic bullets or one-size-fits-all remedies, and I don’t think herbalism should stand alone. Herbalism is stronger within a wider care framework (of your choosing) which could include conventional medicine, community care, joyful eating, massage, energy work, medication, mental health care, and so on.

You’re in charge. I’m here to help open the way.
